For 40 euro for a double you will get a very, very basic room. 2 beds light and all the noise in the hall you would like. There is a small private bathroom with an all night running toilet. We turn the water to the toilet off in the end.
First hotel we ever been in without wi-fi. So we talk a lot - it was great.
