The albergue is open, €12/night, check in from 2 pm, you only get the bed and single-use paper sheets, so sleeping bag needed.

The albergue is actually located at the Carmelita church, close to the street coming from the bridge. It is NOT the location that is provided in this map here, instead you only find the youth hostel.
Price is 6€, facilities are good.

Youth hostel is at this location (not albergue as previously stated) €12.50 includes breakfast. Good and clean

Very kind Carmelite brothers at the albergue: they put down extra mattresses on the floor to cope with the extra pilgrims and were so kind and friendly. May God bless them!

Made a reservation which was valid until 4pm. The multi-bed room (6€) got mattresses on the floor, not clean! Ants all around. The double rooms are perfectly nice, with an own bathroom. There’s a cooking area and space for washed clothes.

The price is 17€/night. The albergue looks like and old socialism hotel from 1985 :(

Open - stayed August 31. Ten euro, with covid measures in place (sheets and pillow case only, towel supplied, no community facilities such as kitchen available). Reception open from 3pm to 8pm, and gates to get back in at night are closed at 10pm. Right next to the church - a former convent or some such.
