To not have any soap or hand wash in the bathroom is very concerning to me . And the small roll of toilet paper for six in the bedroom had run out before morning even . Nobody was around to ask for more , and the shower and toilet are one room which for six was tricky when everyone came in to shower and then no toilet available. The shower curtain is not near adequate and the shower water flowed out the door into the bedroom and no mop around to clean . Positive side , a nice small courtyard, but beware the Bar / Restaurant is about 100 mts away , and closes at 7 pm . Big plus , the Albergue is next to Elvis Bar . This is the first negative review for me on the Camino , from St Jean .

Clean and a warm welcome. But no heat inside the hotel. Hade to warm upp in there resturant.

Despite the comments, I had a great stay here in May 2023. The beds all come with a small locked drawer to keep your valuables and giant blankets/ sheets. The room was very cold so the blanket was nice - and also slept really good because it didn’t get hot like other stays on the Camino. They had a small courtyard to do laundry. There is no kitchen/ restaurant but we just joined the communal dinner at another albergue - no problem. Would absolutely recommend! (Just remember to check in at the bar into town — don’t be like me and walk back and forth after a 30km day!)

Now a bed costs 13 Euros. The quality is only average (little space, small shower, few plugs, no kitchen, no dinner because Restaurant is closed). I wouldn't go there again.

I’ve stayed here four different years, and it’s great. The staff is very nice, the albergue has always been clean, and the restaurant that’s attached is decent. I’d definitely recommend staying, but they don’t open until 12.

In Aug 2021 it costs 10 euros per night and opens at 12:30. The information in this application is horribly outdated considering that it’s payed and online.
