It seems like most other pilgrims go to another albergue in the town, so we were only a few here, which was nice and quiet. I like that I support an organisation that helps people with intellectual disabilities by staying here

My husband and I stayed there 1 night. Everyone was very nice. Facility very nice. The only negative is the person on the bottom bunk catches their hair constantly on the underside of the top bunk. A higher top bunk, and the use of slats (boards to support the mattress) would significantly help protect against constantly getting your hair hooked into the underside, and pulled out (OUCH).
My only other recommendation is that when we left (we were the last to leave but about 20-30 minutes before the posted deadline), a worker literally came to stand 8-10 feet away from our bunk to stare at us--then followed us and stood over us as we put our boots on. We could understand the worker doing this, but what was shocking is that the supervising teacher came to stand by the worker to do the same thing (instead of explaining why that behavior could be unnerving to the person they are standing over and staring at)!!!

It was so pleased to find this albergue very nice people they offer us a glass of fresh water and said seat and have a rest, the best of the Camino is to find this kind of humans. Fresh and nice place also, nice kitchen and showers.

I didn't like Estella much but this hostel was nice. Good showers kind people beds comfy.
