Camino de Sant…

Really cool albergue. The individual pods with curtains and your own light and power outlet is well designed. The bar and kitchen is set up with great modern touches, the dinner was fantastic, not a potato in sight, other vegetables that I really needed instead. Great young couple and their dog made for a great nights stay.

Camino de Sant…

I’d say this was one of the next dorms I’ve stayed on the Camino. Lovely bunks with a curtain. Can book online. Owners were really nice, helped us call a few nights ahead and make reservations. Menu was good, lots of options. Washer and dryer. Town is tiny with very little to do, lots of areas to hang out in the albergue. Would definitely recommend.

I really feel bad about leaving a negative comment about this place but these people need a wake up call. Any modern western health inspector would close this place in an instant. The owners seem nice enough but they have a very relaxed attitude to hygiene to put it charitably. It is a shame because obviously lots of effort and money was spent to build the place. The dorm is well laid out and has lots of great features. It needs a good deep cleaning. And the staff need to learn some basic food handling skills.

The actual room is nice and the beds having your privacy is great. Location is also a plus. However I cannot recommend it based on my experience. For starters, it advertised as letting you check in as early as 10am. That is why I booked it. I only walked 10km that day and was using it as a day for rest, laundry, etc. I ended up waiting over 3 hours for my room. I tried calling, no answer.for over an hour didnt even know if they would be open. I walked to the next hostel and it was too much for me, but they said this one they would show up around noon or so. I couldn't continue on because i could not walk to another location carrying my bag. Once they did show up I still had to wait for them to make sure everything got cleaned. And throughout the day it was also obvious that at least one of the girls was not sober (don't think drunk either). They were friendly but it was just not an overall good experience for me. Camino de Sant…

This is my favorite Albergue yet. It’s a modern place that has a great bar and wonderful pilgrim menu. The beds are really nice and have a curtain for more privacy. Was a great sleep and I think a nice price for what you get. Recommend it.
