Albergue juvenil Roberto Frasinelli

Ribadesella

Description and Notice
Accetta prenotazioni

(not verified)

Beware, When you reserve on the website, your will get a response. It is however no longer possible to stay there.

Camino de Sant… (not verified)

In the end I had to walk around 55km because all the albergues were either closed or full. I decided to leave the Norte because I'm sick of the lack of facility
Its all business. The hospitelera from the albergue, where it was full, offered no help and didnt know the albergue in Ribedesella was closed. The people running the albergues, for the most part on the Norte seem to know nothing about the camino. After 15 caminos I am qualified to comment. The camino has turned into an all inclusive holiday package rather than a test of wits and contemplative journey. I'm done....

Camino de Sant…

Achtung dies ist keine Alberque!!!Übernachtung kostet mindestens 24 €. Nächste Alberque ist in 3,5 km.

Camino de Sant…

Well, appears it’s not an albergue anymore. No pilgrims are welcome here. Don’t waist your time.

Camino de Sant…

You can’t beat the location. Pilgrims ARE still welcome here though, it seems like they’re more about having surf students stay there. The owner (or guy who runs the place) is really nice. Beds are comfortable. It’s also really close to the AMAZING Tito Bustillo cave with 30,000 year old cave art. You can still visit the cave though you may need to reserve a spot days in advance. One of the highlights of my Camino.

Camino de Sant…

I've tried to phone them a few times but no answer. Upon arrival the place put out a sign saying 'no vacancy', yet there was nobody there. Later in the evening there were no lights on, no noises. A cafe waiter a bit further down the road told me they were closed for the moment. Seems like z surfer place, so they might wait for surf season to open in order to host pilgrims.
