We had a dip in the pool. Got a glass of OJ when we arrived. Laundry facilities are good. Beds were nice . Dinner was very good. Was not very full when I stayed. I recommend this place

What an oasis! Free cold drink on arrival. Friendly staff, lovely rooms and great food. All that plus a swimming pool. €31 for bed, breakfast and 3 course meal, with a drink. Only downside for some maybe breakfast doesn't start until 7am.

This place is just as you come into the town, it’s great. Has all the things you will need that you do not even have to go into the town. Had great pilgrims dinner with good choice. The hosts were lovely - the waiters seemed a bit off- might have been a day. In the summer a great place to stop has an outdoor pool. The rooms are great with lots of room to move around. Bunks are nicely spaced. Only three of us in a six bed room. Showers were great, but not a lot of space to put your things so that they do not get wet. Walking out to get back on the route was easy but what you save in coming into this place at end of day you then add to your walk at the beginning of the day. Still worth staying here.

As we arrived and checked in, the young man at the bar brought us two glasses of orange juice as a welcome. After a good hiking day, it was magnificent.

The room was okay but felt damp which by the next morning showed signs of dampness on the windows.

We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Dinner was okay and breakfast was a good value.

All and all, I would give this a 6/10 but was happy with our stay.

Blev budt velkommen med et glas frisk presset juice ved ind check og fik anvist vores værelse personligt. Fine bade forhold og gode senge,

For 15€ I stayed in a room with four single beds and the pilgrims menu for dinner, which was excellent, was 12. Best night's sleep in a long time!

Camino de Sant…

After a long day this was a great place to stay. I booked a single room ensuite and enjoyed a peaceful sleep. There is a large cafeteria and restaurante. The food was ok in quality, but the service and atmosphere made up for it. The washing area and kitchen facilities were clean and of easy access. This albergue is at the edge of town but it is only a quick walk to the town's central square.

Camino de Sant…

I took a private room (30€) because I was very tired and it was well worth the money.
Bunkbeds only 6€
Restaurant is not a cozy place but they serve good food and the people are very nice

Great staff, amazing place, a bunk bed for €6, and they have a pool and washing facilities and parking (probably for staff, who drives the Camino?) and. after the last couple of days long walk, this is a relatively short one from Santo Domingo and the first albergue on the way into town.
If you want a proper rest, this place is private, so you can stay here for more than one night as a pilgrim :)
They do speak English, but you get a bigger smile if you speak Spanish :)
