2nd time here. Quirky, old, renovated. Nothing is to code but that adds to the charm. Bathrooms are small and kooky but hey, it is what it is. Beds (not bunks!) are comfy with real sheets. Evening communal meal was filling and delicious. Lights all off at 9pm, on at 6:30am.
Not fancy, but worth a stay.

We were offered cold water when we came in. There is sheets on the madresses + pillow covers, soap in the bathrooms + papertowels to dry your hands, a tiny corner outside with sun where you can hang your clothes to dry, free coffee in the kitchen when we arrived

The lady was lovely, she gave me all the information I needed, the beds were clean and nice. (I do carry my own cotton single sheet with me)No bunks which I loved. 2 x rooms 6 beds in each.
I haven’t used the bathrooms yet though. No complaints from my 4 other roommates

The bathrooms for 20 people are in poor condition and water from the shower on the floor. Beware of all the steps. The single beds are nice.

It was nice having a single bed! Friendly staff There were plugs beside the beds but they were hidden behind the mattress. The house is quite old and they have used the space well. Washing facilities were good. The town is nice to walk around. I did but feel up to climbing up to the e castle but wish I had done so.

Stayed there on May 05, 2024. The nicest greeting, very friendly staff, nice facilities, separate beds which meant a good night sleep, nice dinner and generous breakfast! Highly recommended!

This is a top notch Albergue. After staying at so many you start to appreciate the small things and this one has them all covered. Clean/spacious/ single beds / comfortable beds and pillows/ night tables/plugs/cotton sheets/ hot showers/ plentiful toilets and showers/ soap and paper towels in the bathroom/ delicious meal/ quiet and tranquil. It’s hard to believe you pay the same price here as at many albergues without most of these niceties.

Extremely clean. Six single beds in a room. Great communal dinner and breakfast too. Washing facilities good. Showers were hot. Loved this place
