First, it cost €15 not €12 as on WhatsApp.
Door to gents toilet sticks allowing women to see the gents urinals.
Constant sound of banging doors caused by draughts from open windows.
The lights iin the gents bathroom don't work.
I wish that I had gone to one of the towns private albergues.

There are only two women’s toilets for two floors. Currently (9 June) there are over 30 women staying. Also overpriced at €14 for a municipal.

Very dirty showers and toilets not enough for the among of people staying there. We were in a very small room with 8 people and two power outlets it was not good. Very unpleasant experience try not to stay here if you can avoid it.

Very nice lady running the place. She was left with several empty beds because people who made reservations did not show up and others without a reservation were turned away. We had good warm showers and comfy beds. Not a full kitchen but there’s a supermarket down the block. We bought microwave meals and had our food. There is also several restaurants close by. Good resting place.

We made a reservation over Whatsapp and confirmed it again only to arrive with the people in from of us getting beds (they didn't have reservations) and then telling us and many others that they are full. About 20 people ended up with nowhere to go on holiday weekend so they put us all on the floor of municipal building. We were mad about our reservations not being honored but glad that they offered some solution. We ended up taking a taxi to paredes de Nava and staying in a hostel there instead but there were no beds available anywhere that day it was really bad.

It is 10.50 NOT 8 and a rip off. Plus the woman is very rude.

Just fell for this. Would avoid! It's 10.50. Hard rubber mattress. No sheets.(Paper thin covers provided). Small showers. Unfriendly service. Just there to collect our money.
