Jose and Olga are wonderful hosts who share a lot of history and love with you during your stay. Jose leads a tour of the historic wine press and medieval wine cellar after dinner every night. Olga puts a lot of love into her cooking and also serves sangria with dinner! It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

I really wanted to like this place especially after all the lovely comments, but the albergue just doesn't care about pilligrims. Feels very commercial and for 13 eur it doesn't even provide the basic stuff a municipal would have.

The owner is friendly and tries to be helpful, his wife not so much.

Wi-fi not working
No soap or hand tissues in the toilets
Shower streams so far apart, it's hard to shower properly
Shoes are placed outside so if it rains, beware
No kitchen for use
Squeaky floors so you will hear people walking on the top floors very loudly
Sensor light in the hallway lighting up the rooms where people sleep because the door has a glass window rather than being solid
No rest area inside, just a very narrow hallway and the dining area which is closed until morning so everyone had to pack their stuff outside in the morning (so as not to disturb ppl still sleeping). Imagine if it rained.
Breakfast is at 7am and the cellar tour which is subpar starts at 8pm

I don't recommend this place.
No soap in the toilets.
Strange showers.
Move detectors for lights in the bathroom with crazy short delay. You need to move every second.
Totally commercial place. It is need your money, but not you.

This is one of those unique places on the Camino you will always remember. This is a clean, family run location right on the Camino. The hospitality is second to none. The highlight of the stay is a one of a kind tour (narrated by the owner) of an ancient wine cellar complete with animated stories.

Clean and organized but some sticky points. Minimal bathroom facilities. But my biggest issue was that there is no place to sit and pass time if you wake early. I am a very poor sleeper - my issue completely - but it would be very nice to have a place inside to sit and read my phone when I wake in the morning besides the toilet. The Hospitaleros did handle a difficult emergency situation calmly the night we stayed.

Fantastic experience at this Albergue. Super friendly and very funny host. Excellent and very generous communal dinner of roast chicken. Then absolutely superb cellar tour. This place is so much more than a bed. Highly recommend.

The private room was well priced and very nice. The cool foot bath on the upper level was a plus. The couple that owns this Albergue were very helpful. The communal dinner was excellent and the wine cellar tour after dinner was spectacular!!!
