Stayed on a winter's night- and the only one in albergue. They switched heating on when I arrived (definitely not that warm in dorm!)and it went off late in evening, but blankets and hot water for a shower. Nice warm fire in bar- perfect spot to spend a winter afternoon. Pilgrim meal was average but fine given its a "one-horse town" type of village. Made feel welcome, though the lady running it is a little brusque. Given limited winter accommodation options I would stay again - I definitely enjoyed the fire! In pilgrim season I might not feel as generous about it.

Great pilgrim evening meal - served between 7-8pm Usual value 12€, usual Camino choices (!), but very well cooked, good food. This is the place to eat in Santa Catalina! A genuine place. Unable to comment on albergue as stayed elsewhere.

Stayed in a twin room, clean, lovely courtyard. Meal not that great but only have1 other option on where to eat. No kitchen.

Can do laundry on your own with clothes line or pay €12 to have it washed and dried. Nice little bar with a group great cold beer on tap, and the menu of the day was satisfactory. Lovely place to sit out in front and watch other peregrinos go by. Stayed in a room holding ten, all bunkbeds, two bathrooms. Lovely little near ghost town. Neither this or the other albergue were open for any breakfast small or large.

This albergue offered a small breakfast when we stayed. But they didn't turn on the heat or allow us to use the washing machine or dryer.

Just arrived today and left after an hour. Found a bed bug on my sheet! And a lot of blood trails all over the sheet!

Loved the stay. Beautiful setting with courtyard. Friendly staff. Loved the village, also. Very clean facility.

Great service, nice setting, clean all around with new bedbug preventing madresses, the food is just okay but cheap and the wine makes up for it. Would recommend
