Camino de Sant…

The gentleman running the albergue was a quiet and friendly man. He made a delicious potato and garlic soup for lunch, available by donation. He also had an adorable pet cat (outdoor) that added a calm and affectionate tone to the warm, sunny upper courtyard in front of the albergue. Showers were hot. Beds were nicely spaced around a large, clean, vaulted room that was surprisingly quiet at night. -A

Camino de Sant…

As well as agreeing with the comments by the previous person, I want to say, it's so nice here and they have a kettle and tea bags! No milk, but I bought a little bit of dried milk, just incase ☺ this is the first albergue with a proper kettle that I have found. They also give you bread, olive oil, etc. There's a donations box for all these things.

Camino de Sant…

Worst night sleep due to either heat or cold. The beds are bad and there's no stairs to the top bunk bed, so you need to use a chair.
It's expected for people to be out at 6.
They have a microwave and a kettle. There's some bread which is donation based. The breakfast as well. But it's not worth eating.

Camino de Sant…

This was our #1 WORST experience on the Camino, and I traveled with a group of 12 who split up and stayed at lots of places over our 500 miles. The bathrooms are too small to be efficient and the bunk room was closed up (shutters down, windows closed) making it miserable at night and way too hot to sleep. Everyone in the morning complained about being sweaty all night. Skip this albergue!

Camino de Sant…

We had the BEST time here. Everyone in the albergue couldn’t stop talking about how great it was. We weren’t expected to leave by 6. People left at 7 I have heard. Hospitalero was SO nice and friendly always making sure everyone had what they needed. He would keep bringing more and more loaves of bread for everyone. There was a spinner for laundry so your clothes dried faster. The dormitory was large, spacious, open and airy. The windows were wide open and he view was amazing. Kitchen is somewhat limited but we still managed to make pasta for 10 in the rice cookers provided.

Camino de Sant…

it was a nice albergue and was super clean and comfortable. the only complaint is the hospitalero was very drunk when pilgrims were checking in and was a little creepy.
