They harassed a friend of mine for 500 Euros, eventually had to block the number. Really intense

Best bunks yet. Top is via a stair. Host very nice. Well equipped kitchen.

One of the best albergues. Laundry is £4 for both dry and wash, the room has 8 beds but in the style of cubbies. The top “bunk” is a platform bed so there are no ladders which was a plus. Towels and real linens were also included.

I stayed here on reaching Arzua. After walking the Del Norte from Irun, I have to say that this is hands down the best yet and I have stayed in a lot of great places. A barbecue followed by schnapps, great lodgings and excellent facilities. The hosts are simply wonderful. I cannot rate highly enough.

probably the best albergue i’ve stayed at on the whole camino. the owner and his son are super nice and accommodating. the bed setups are really nice- i actually opted for a top bunk instead of bottom. really cannot speak higher about this place
