We really enjoyed this place. We had a private room with shared bathroom. There's a nice courtyard to have a drink. We ate the dinner and enjoyed it. The owners were very nice, talking and joking with us.

Traditional Spanish interior, we loved the little details around the place. It was cosy, heating was on which we haven’t found in many places. Clean, with lots of places to sit and relax. Lovely outside area with bar. Evening meal was good value for money, 3 choices for each course.
Hand washing facilities and drying area

I enjoyed my stay there, although the lady put all 3 pilgrims in the room with the bunk beds, which were quiet noisy.
The pilgrim menu was a lot even though it was again the same. I also liked the garden area.

This albergue is near the river which is a wonderful place to cool hot tired feet. So it’s worth the extra distance and enables a shorter day into Leon. Albergue was superior to a municipal and the beds were very good. Bathrooms so so. It seems here also that ventilation is optional. The lady on the front desk was gracious and helpful. The meal was ok. The owners were however fairly rude and one could get the impression that pilgrims were more an inconvenience in her home than valued customers. But maybe she was just having an off day. Overall I’d say that the location is worth any minor issues.

Mattresses weren’t the most comfy, but everything else about the place was lovely. Friendly hospitalera, great garden area and indoor lounging spaces, and nice pilgrim dinner. To get laundry washed and dried is 10 eur, which is steep.

This Albergue is really nice and well furnished. The bar out the back is simply awesome after walking all day. However, the private room simply was not worth the 68 Euro and laundry was 14 euro. The host is lovely but it is just a bit expensive.

Loved this place where I stayed a couple of days ago. Nice garden, good washing faciliteter and nice bar.
Dinner was great, with multiple choice for all three courses. Stay!

Très propre , très accueillant , le jardin avec son bar restaurant sont très jolis. La décoration est sympathique il y a une vraie atmosphère . Le repas partagé avec les pèlerins était très agréable. Je recommande

Prior reviews are mixed, but mine is very positive. Great common areas and garden, very well appointed, the dinner was good, the company excellent. The bunkrooms are small, but it’s five euros more for a single bed if you prefer.

We enjoyed our stay here and appreciated single beds in dorm for €20 each.
Pros: Good Pilgrim meal €14, chicken was delicious.
Nice courtyard, communal areas, Clean sheets,
Cons: No toilet paper in the morning. Why can't hosts be sure to have extra rolls for the busy toilet time in the mornings? This is not too much expectation as I am usually very easy going. Some care in this regard is appreciated. I even asked specifically that 2 empty toilets be replenished the night before. Hosts are unavailable in the AM.
