I needed to bring my booking forward by one day-Pablo was very responsive on WhatsApp and changed it. Check in was smooth. My room had 9 beds/4xbunks and a single. Bathrooms the next door along.Proper sheets! Fitted and flat with a pillowcase/all cotton. Power outlet for every bed. Great price. Massive selection for pilgrims menu. Central in township.

My private room was an old building that was once a prison (totally remodeled of course). The old door still stands as decoration. My room was clean and spacious, private bathroom was lovely with lots of hot water. Restaurant was good despite prior bad reviews.

14.aug.2024 Serious food poisoning from eating meat specialities from menu - throwing up started two hours after the dinner with diarrhea that lasted for three days.

Affected two in our group of three and as we hear two of the guys at the adjacent table we met on the Camino road also got food poisoning.

Lovely clean albergue, good kitchen, washing facilities and comfy beds. Well ventilated rooms as well. However the staff stand out for me. My friend left her headphones in the room and only realised halfway to Sarria, a staff member then simply asked what albergue we were planning to stay at that evening, and drove to Sarria to hand deliver them to her. Extremely thoughtful and kind.

This place was so clean. And i was worried about the bugs from previous comments but clearly they have fixed the problem. It smelled so nice and fresh and the people working there were great

Large complex with most Google recommendations for the bar/restaurant. Double room was clean and comfortable, but the noise from the reception area made room 1 noisy at times.
Not served communally, but pilgrim’s dinner at 13€ is offered in addition to the full menu. Choice of inside, patio, and sidewalk dining.
