With some of the transportation delays in traveling to Ferrol, we started a bit late and we completed this first short leg by stopping at the the Neda albergue which was a nice way to begin our pilgrimage. The Albergue was clean, and the facilities were very comfortable. There was a small sitting room and a nice washer and dryer available to use. The albergue is easy to find directly across from the bridge. We checked in with the host who greeted from a small box in the front of the facility. Eating facilities are limited close by but It is only a short walk back into town to a small pizza restaurant.

Stayed here June 2025. Very clean, warm showers. Good facilities. Not all cafes nearby were open but found somewhere to eat.

Stayed 29 sep 24. Be advised no hot water in the showers! They are ice cold. The place is clean and the beds are standard rubber mattresses. Each bed has a reading light. The microwave is ancient and takes forever to only mildly warm your food. Free laundry machines are available. Go back over the bridge past the Church on the right for some good choice of restaurants. Staff is friendly and courteous.

Rubber covered mattresses and pillows, decent kitchen, decent bathroom, has washing machine and drier. At 19:30 a passport check happens, be sure to be there! Restaurants and grocery stores are mostly in Narón.

It was great, clean, good facilities and only €8 for a bed. Would recommend as a no frills place to rest for the night

If the albergue is closed, call the number and she will give you the pin code for the white box beside the door. Inside is the key to open the albergue. You can let yourself in and registration appears to be around 7.30pm.
