I don't believe this gîte is a donativo any longer. The cost for demi-pension was 35€ - and that seemed to be the only option. Although I don't speak French and didn't ask. I was fine paying for dinner - which was very good. And that price is low compared to most other gîtes along the way. Regardless this is a very nice home of a wonderful couple and I highly recommend it

The host is very knowledgeable and helpful. The gîte was very clean and with adequate amenities and the location across from the church was perfect.

I was greeted by a warm welcome by the owner and a welcoming drink. I could arrive at 15:00.
I shared a room with another women and there where blankets. The dinner was simple and nice. I think if someone had an issue with this she would be able to prepare a meal that suits someone with diabetes. We had it family style I appreciated that. Breakfast was at 7 and good with toasted bread, jams and a hot drink of our choice.
It was 18€ for the night and breakfast and a donation for the dinner.
