The building and facilities are grest.
The big problem though is the fact that there is a door code system.
That means that you can come and go to please yourself.
Seems fine but not so good at midnight and again at nearly two am when two groups of young Spanish guys arrived drunk.
They were selfish and ignorant.
They became threatening when asked by pilgrims to be quiet.
When the second group arrived we had eight moronic drunks partying in the albergue.

Ultra modern Albergue. Very spacious and clean. Great beds. A little sterile and lacking warmth. But a good night’s sleep in a private room.

I can highly recommend this albergue. Very clean and comfy. Good Breakfast is 7,50€. Nearest to stay for starting the Camino de Invierno.

I was in a private room for 2. The place was clean, comfortable beds and an amazing bathroom it even had its own little kitchenette. I highly recommend this place!

This albergue is great! It is clean, in the dormitory there are 7 beds with an own shower and toilet. Nice people, near the old castleden and village.

The welcome lobby is large and inviting, with many seating areas and a very large kitchen. The shared rooms have 7 beds, 1 toilet & 1 shower. It was clean, comfortable and I was happy it was a short walk from shops and supermarkets.

I found this place to be very clean, modern and the location is perfect. Great value. Air-conditioning not so great but anything was a bonus.

After reading the “nightmare” review from 2 June 2023 I was hesitant. We stayed there on a Saturday, 10 June 2023 and Han a PERFECT experience. Seven personnel to a room, private combination lockers, power outlets at every bed and a five star hotel dining area & security. We all elected to leave the balcony door open during the night and Saturday night street partiers came by at various hours . . . Oh well. As a retired US Army Colonel - it was a fantastic experience, secure, clean and “over the top” hosts & staff.

Guiana is a nightmare, same shameful category as Winederlust in Logrono - a party hostel where it's impossible to sleep. Stay away.

This was a great place for the night. Facilities excellent for walkers and for bikers. The breakfast is now an extra charge but it was a good value for me. Buèn Camino.
