This is a wonderful place! Beds are comfy. Lots of lounge space. Great kitchen. Large patio. Very clean. The hosts are the best and very experienced pilgrims.

Patrick went out of his way to offer us a bed when it seemed impossible to stay in the town. He is happy to share his experience and knowledge of the Camino. We highly recommend staying there. Greg and Ingrid Somerville

I had a wonderful stay at this albergue. I arrived early as I was not very well and had got a taxi from Castrojeriz. Palme allowed me inside and I rested in the lounge. Both she and her husband Patrick allowed me to rest again the following morning. They are both very kind, wonderful people - they have only recently taken over the albergue.

The albergue may not be as modern as other ones but it is still wonderfully clean and tidy and that is what matters most.

They are the kindest Albergue owners I have met on the Camino thus far.

It costs more than the other albergues. One Euro extra for sheets. The WiFi is slow and doesn't work in every room. The kitchen is small with a table and two chairs. I don't know how it is supposed to work during high season, if you want to cook or in the morning when you want to have a sandwich and a coffee. Pilgrims often leave spices, oil behind but nothing here not even salt. The heating was turned off although it was cold.
The bathroom and the location were the only positive for me.

The host is a lovely gentleman and an artist. The alburgue cat kept my husband company in his bed. Very good kitchen. A really lovely experience.

Nice kitchen and outdoor space, bunks are new and shower has a shelf for clothes. However, they do make you pay extra for paper sheets which is slightly frustrating considering the price.
