Host Pedro was beyond helpful. He assisted us with all our needs. All we had to do was ask. The room for 4 was fine with a private bath. The laundry was available and plenty of line space to dry. Would highly recommend.

The hike up the steep hill is exhausting after a long day of walking. I didn't appreciate the owner being very pushy in promoting another transport company when I was using Jacotrans. I had a feeling he purposely gave me the wrong pickup time so I called Jacotrans myself to arrange for pickup. It was an hour later than he told me. You have to prepare your own breakfast with limited options.

Our stay was great. They have private rooms with all the linens and towels. The bathrooms were clean. There is a kitchen that you are welcome to use but no food on-site as indicated by the app. Plenty of food just down the hill along with a few shops. Do not pass Xeou! Fresh ice cream made from their own cows. Sounds weird but try the Avocado Lime.

Pedro and his girlfriend greeted us upon arriving. The albuergue is bike friendly. It’s a little bit up the hill but still very close to the town center of restaurants, supermarket and is quiet for restful sleep. Pedro is very friendly, helpful, and helped us with our bags up to our room. The room is spacious with space to re-pack bags. Comes with sheets, pillows and towels. Bathroom, shower has soap, is clean and water pressure is great. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. We are a family of four and really liked this albuergue a lot! Highly recommend.

Camino de Sant…

Excellent, clean, with blankets and towels. Located just 3 blocks above the historic church and plaza. Also Caters to bicyclers. Highly recommended. Warm and welcoming. Has great old photos of the town before moving it uphill to make a lake
