It was difficult to find an albergue in the area that wasn’t fully booked or taken by youth groups and so I opted to spend a little more and stay here.

It was worth the expense in my opinion, especially after a big day of walking. The rooms are large and comfortable and set around a peaceful courtyard. The dinner was simple, but good with a vegetarian option.

The hosts are a husband and wife team I think and she was especially helpful and hospitable after I arrived. You can book and pay with card for the room but ensure you have cash to pay for meals, a beer etc as there is no cash point in the village and nowhere else to eat and drink.
