We booked a private room a day before.
When we arrived we got a really nice room with towels. Good price of 35€ for it. There’s a great chill zone with well equipped kitchen.

Pros:
- Good price
- Not very crowded
- Nice host Fernando
- 2 toilets on the floor
- Nice chill zone
- Great location with supermarket nearby and good restaurant
Cons:
- No blanket, just synthetic cover
- One shower

Now be forewarned this is a little off the Camino proper but don't let that put you off. The town next to the sea has all the amenities you could possibly want, pharmacies, really good food choices, night life and for the Albergue! The best ..Fernando the hotelier is a friendly fireball of professionalism and helpfulness, I am personally
encouraged each time I meet
a young entrepreneur like Fernando making a go of a business on the caminos. May his business thrive and be blessed.

This albergue is wonderful, and Fernando is so nice! I was able to make a reservation the night before on Whatsapp, but showed up with 3 other people around 4:00 without reservations and he could accommodate all of us. Comfortable bed in a small shared room (only 3 beds, and no bunks). Showers are hot, nice washing machine, and a big kitchen. The bars on the beach are lovely for a drink and small dinner too! Really great stop on the coastal route!

What you get for this price (20 euros for a private room and shared bathroom) is pretty good. There are several restaurants and mini shops on a walking distance. They have a washing machine.

Only potential downsides were the weird smell and the fact I had to shared the balcony with another apartment (I don't know who it was). Also, the restaurant across the street was not working while I was there (July).

3 of us arrived without a booking and they were full. But they found us two rooms with his family across the road. Ended up in a 3 bed apartment for 50€ and use of a washing machine.
Perfect!

Nice restaurant and cafe options in town.

Migu's bar was really nice.

Small supermarkets in town!

Showed up today to a closed sign, just a heads up to anyone else traveling this week

Host is great & albergue has everything you need

The restaurant below does not have time or patience for pilgrims and despite being told by host there is a pilgrim menu, restaurant staff could not be bothered to tell me what it was. After walking over 30k I was prepared to just pay usual restaurant prices and order from the regular menu albeit quite pricey so I just asked for a table but possibly didn’t look like I was worth their time and they proceeded to seat ppl that came in after me. After standing around for 10 minutes, whilst they were ignoring me and not busy, I decided to go to the supermarket close by and cook something - disappointing!

Booked & confirmed booking with Fernando some 4 days in advance but was not honoured.
They were full when we arrived.

Fernando was very nice and accomodating. The place is quiet and central. Private rooms (2 people, 30 €) have clean shared bathroom.

Had a double bed room for 20 euro.
They own the Solar resturant downstairs.
Clean, cosy apartment with bunkbeds or private room.
Would love to come again.
