1 person is trying to be the receptionist, the cook, the waitress and the bartender at the same time.
Being understaffed can happen, no problem, simply ask for understanding and you will have it. But rudeness does not work like a lubricant.
Waited for 15 minutes twice and decided to leave. When I wrote an email explaining my disappointment, I was served with more rudeness.
First bad experience in 4 weeks on the camino, there is a first for everything I guess 😃

Nice albergue.
I felt that the pilgrim meal was not worth €15

Great service, location and hospitable. However the day was freezing cold and was advised there were no heating.
This is one of many places I’ve stayed at where there was no heating and the heater was in the room.
Not sure if it’s their way of saving on costs, however, it should be part of the price.

After a long day they carried my bag up, had us shower, eat and get settled in before finalizing our bill. Staff super friendly and helpful. Great dinner. 3 bunks in our room but only 3 pilgrims here tonight.

The host is a really warm, helpful guy.

And the showers have earned our "Best Shower" award so far.

This is a really good value Albergue.

Stayed in a nice and clean room with 6 beds.

The auberge has an inner quadrangle with open as well as roofed outdoor space - perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink or food from the bar.

The owner only took the place over 2 1/2 months ago - she’s doing a great job.

I had a good and quiet night, big double room, clean bed, sheets, towels and blankets. The hosts were kind with various emails during the reservation, confirming and changing from bed to room, checkin process to the bar. I would recommend and stay again. thank you

Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, clean toilets. We cooked a meal in the kitchen that was also clean. There were only four of us in the entire place, so the three of our group had our own room. The man running the place speaks only Spanish. If you speak Spanish or can use google translate as we did you will do fine here. My wife got him to smile twice. I left a shirt in our room and he brought it to us as we walked out of town on the Camino.

Camino de Sant…

The shower was able to get unbearably hot! And maintain its heat. While I was showering I thought to myself “wow! This is a LOT of water!” I would say it’s been the most satisfying shower on the Camino so far. But I would say that is the only thing good about this entire place. You can tell it’s ran with a Business oriented mindset it costs 1€ to even get a blanket. Laundry is ridiculously priced and the man operating the Albergue/Bar has probably the coldest personality of you can get him to talk. It’s all about the money.

Camino de Sant…

An unfriendly host and ultimately not worth the price.
I did not feel welcome here.
