Most horrible experience ever. There was water leaking from the ceiling in the bed of another guest. The owner just brought an old dirty mattress, refused to speak and fled away without any apologies.

Extremely impolite and bad service. Do not stay here.

The good thing is that this albergue is clean.

The not so good is that the staff generally seemed annoyed with pilgrims and at times were rude.

Aldo, there’s no staff in reception, instead you have to walk across the street to Hotel Villa de Luarca where you have to call them.

Be sure to make sure they confirm with you that you have a reservation. I asked to reserve a room, they responded via WhatsApp asking what time I would be arriving and I told them 3pm. When I got here they said they were full. So just call if you can and make sure they confirm.

I can also confirm that currently there are no bed bugs. Very central location and there's a grocery store nearby. Rather basic kitchen facilities. Good and polite service, overall clean facilities. Laundry washing and drying - 6 EUR for up to 2 kg (additional cost for each extra kg).

No bed bugs,all safe with that!
3 showers,but all of them together with wc.No sepererated wc,so if someone is in the shower and u need toilet thats unfortunate.

Matresses have rust colored staining, sigb of bed bug excement. Left with fresh 18 bites this morning

This albuerge is nice and tidy, but I woke up with arms covered by bed bugs bites. My firt experience of that kind on camino del norte.

Great place to stay. I can confirm the other reviews. But there is no WiFi in practice. Router and Password are there, but almost nobody get's in.

12€/person now and 6€ to use the washer & dryer (up to 4 kg). Each bed has its own or is near an outlet and comes with bed & pillow liner.
