OK for the price. The much-advertised pool was unfortunately not heated because it had been raining. The community space is spartanic and not very inviting, but has everything that is needed. The beds in the dormitory are individual wooden cubicles with curtains, light, and an electric outlet, which was a big plus. Bathrooms/ toilets were clean.

I don’t know why people are so happy about this place. Simple, friendly, but come on- sinks are not separated by any door. You hear everyone is cutting their beard, cutting their nails, etc. And of course, there is another two toilets at the hall, but a lot of people just don’t think about the others- especially at the camino dormitories. So, make the doors to the bathroom area that everyone could rest more than less ;)

It was the best hostel on the way nice heated pool the owner and staff super friendly coffee and supermarket were direct on the corner I can say I wish that every hostel was like this

A easy place to stay as it’s on the route . I found the dorm very noisy with people turning lights on through out the night and going to the bathroom. There is a great restaurant Sergio around the corner food is very good.

Mit 25 Euro für ein Bett total überzogen! Ausweis wird von der Frau an der Rezeption fotografiert und per WhatsApp an den Chef geschickt!!! Wenn man das nicht will (weil man Dokumente nicht per WhatsApp verschickt!), dann darf man sich ein anderes Hostel suchen, denn das seien die Regeln, hieß es. Lieber weiter gehen, der Besitzer von der Casa Sardao , die paar hundert Meter weiter ist, hilft mit Alternativen weiter, wenn er selbst kein Bett mehr frei hat.

We were looking for two beds and had contact over the phone with someone from this hostel. He told us he still had a private room available so we took this option as the dorm beds and other hostel in carreco were already full. We confirmed our reservation and got sent the address of the room. On the day we were supposed to sleep there we asked when and where we should check in. At 12:00 he asked if this was for the private room. At 14:30 he tried to call us and at 15:00 we called back, he told us we did not have a reservation while this was not what he said previously over the phone and via our message exchange. He said he would help us look for another place and get back to us but he never did (get back to us). We found another place in another village about 15km further. I would not recommended making a reservation at this hostel as you might end up sleeping on the streets.
