After a hot hard day of walking, it was a relief to find an open albergue right upon entering town, but it’s not worth it.

Took a nap and woke up with lots of bites, looked at bed and saw a bed bug. My 2 friends and I packed up immediately, and they tried to blame us saying we probably brought them in, and then suggested we stay in a different room.

Needless to say, we fled and are drying and drying and drying everything!!

The garden is lovely, and the guy who welcomed us was nice although he didn't speak a word of English. But when I woke up I saw 3 live bedbugs in my bed, when I took the cover off I saw a bloodstain on the mattress, everything was super filthy, I don't think they've cleaned the place in years. Wouldn't sleep there again even if they pay me. Avoid

The staff was so generous and full of love.
The evening was filled with singing, laughing, guitar playing and drums.
Everyone ate together and got to know each other.

A long established al argue which exemplifies all that is best about the Camino. The evening meal was wholesome and generous.

Art objects decorate every wall and service. The staff are kind and have a great generosity of spirit.

This place does have bedbugs and I don't think they will be gone anytime soon. It's really a shame because it's one really great albergue. The owners totally know about it because they make you store backpacks in a different room.

I am sorry to write this, but I went there today and found a big and living bedbug on the first bed I checked. The host offered to sleep in another room, I refused and got my money back without any problems. The place looks very great and special and it is sad that it still struggles with bedbugs.

Went to stay there a couple of days ago, got to our room and unrolled my bed sheet and dead bed bug rolled out. Spoke to the host and got our money back. Some pilgrims that stayed woke up with bites.

The hosts are lovely, but the whole place is a bit dirty and threadbare. It needs a damn good clean.

I really liked the hosts and the vibe, so it pains me to say this, but absolutely avoid this place. 4 people in my room, myself included, woke up with dozens of bed bug bites. Deeply unpleasant.

If you do stay here, take an upper bunk and sleep in a silk liner, as the bugs are near the floor.

Good hearted people but now a well run establishment. Cold in the winter and the bathrooms/shower were a disaster.
