My wife and I booked a private double room but were assigned an apartment in another building instead of just the double room. The wifi on the smart TV stopped working after a few minutes. The receptionist claimed there was no Wi-Fi in the apartment and couldn’t explain the brief connection. The water heater and refrigerator were unplugged, leaving us without hot water and a functional refrigerator. I was told to plug in the water heater, but we weren’t allowed to use the refrigerator, or the washing machine

Delightful, dinner served in lovely dining room overlooking river. V friendly staff. Would recommend.

This is above a really good restaurant and is located right on the river. If I’d known, i would have booked it.
