What a beautiful stay. It’s an amazing space run by true Camino angels. I felt so welcome and the food was absolutely divine.

Suzi and Fermin might be the best hosts I have met on the Camino. They welcome with such warmth and inspire the Camino spirit with the traditions they have here.

The renovated barn is beautiful with comfy single beds, and that garden with river access is just a paradise. I hope to find a place like this to call my own one day. Do yourself a favour and stop here if you get the chance!

Suzi and Fermin are running a very different Albergue. From the moment you walk in it feels like you are really welcome, and they care that you are enjoying your camino. The place is lovely and Suzi cooks delicious fresh food which is shared by the 10 pilgrims staying as well as our hosts. We all shared our stories and it was one of the most memorable evenings on my camino. We had a long walk next day so snuck out in the dark, not realising my necklace had broken in the night. Suzi went above and beyond to get it back to me in Santiago, where most people wouldn't have bothered. If you get the chance to stay in Trabdelo this is the place.

Suzie and Fermin run a very special albergue. All previous comments indicate just how special it is. It was completo last night - not surprisingly so best to book ahead. One of the best on the Camino

Susi and Fermín run a wonderful not-for-profit albergue.

There is ample space for 10 and a warm welcome for those who come.

Over the communal dinner you will share something about yourself around the table.

This is a rather special place.

Owners are so friendly and dedicated to making the place cozy and beautiful. Very close to the river. The food (12€) is a vegetarian menu and definitely the best I had so far. We enjoyed singing together on the guitar after dinner too! What a cultured and memorable experience.

Very lovely people here, no bunk beds, absolutely clean and best vegetarian food on the Camino from their garden. Would stay here again!

Susi and Fermín are full of love. Their story, their space, their food and their ample hugs exude love and care. If you do just one thing on the Camino, stay here.

What a joy to stay here, no bunks! Only 10 beds so be sure to book as it is definitely worth the stop.
Susi and Fermin have done Caminos so they know exactly what Pelegrinos needs are.
The showers are hot and lots of places to hang and keep clothes dry in the bathroom!
Garden is peaceful and has access to the river, worth a foot soak before slumping into the hammock .
Round table introductions proceeded most delicious 3 course Vegetarian dinner , incl choice of rose or Tinto!
10 stars for this duo!
