We stayed ia private room with a bath. Room is very clean and Hot shower was very nice. Restaurant and bar were very handy. Carmen was very nice.

The bar is closed on Sunday. If you do this stage on a Sunday, plan accordingly - this stage is extremely long and desolate with zero services, food or water anywhere to be seen.

We need a room with bathroom wherever we stay along any “Camino”.
We were able to make our reservation by e-mail back in the beginning of November. The albergue was closed, but Carmen was very kind to us and sent a reply with confirmation of availability within a week from our request.

We arrived there yesterday after an extremely wet day (constant torrential rain all the way from Baamonde). We were soaked wet, including backpacks and everything inside them.

We had our individual room read, clean, etc… the washing and drying machines are of good quality and at a very reasonable price. Everything is new, very clean and functional.
Lunch is served from 1 to 3 PM, Dinner = 7 to 8:30 PM, and breakfast starts at 7:15AM (basic meals - nothing special).

My only complaint is not with the albergue itself, but with some pilgrims who do not respect basic norms of conduct and/or time to stop loud conversations (after 11PM).

Pilgrims should be able to find more places like this along the Camino Del Norte.

It's a clean place, but simple and basic.

Camino de Sant… (not verified)

Very nice albergue - everything is new and very clean. They have blankets+disposable sheets, washing machine and dryer. Next to albergue is the restaurant with pilgrim menu for 14€. Highly recommended.

Camino de Sant…

Echoing all previous feedback here. This is a fantastic albergue. Little restaurant and bar at the front with a great menu del dia. Only a couple of showers and toilets for each gender. But everything clean, modern, and welcoming.

Camino de Sant…

Best Alburgue so far. Clean, new and functional and the bar serves menu all day (without the obligatory wait till 8). Great washing service where my clothes were washed, dried and folded. Perfecto!

Camino de Sant…

Very clean great restaurant and bar near new Albergue We stayed in the ground level dorm unfortunately this dorm has no ventilation and others insisted on the door being closed so very hot on the top bed and bad air The up stairs dorm has opening windows try too stay there

Camino de Sant…

We booked and stayed in a private room with an en-suite bathroom which was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Camino de Sant…

Lovely place to stop. Albergue very clean. Saw no evidence of being able to have washing done and the bar seems to have set meal hours now. However, very helpful and can recommend.
