Sue and Kennart are wonderful hosts for this bustling albergue. I was greeted with iced tea, smiles and warmth. My dorm was small and sparse but very comfortable. Pilgrims cooked up a storm in the kitchen. The garden is lovely; and the bonus additional bathrooms were very handy. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and experience the truest Camino spirit

Loved this Donativo. It was spotless, well appointed bunk rooms, lots of sitting places and very welcoming Hospiteleros.

The rooms are basic, but the kitchen is well equipped and a fun place to meet with other pilgrims. The volunteers were very friendly. There is ample bike parking in an outdoor courtyard that's locked at night. The nearby castle is free to visit on Wednesdays (happened to be the night we were there).

This is a traditional pilgrims' albergue. We had bunk beds in a 4-bunk room in the women's wing which is separate from the men's wing. The albergue is open for reception beginning at 13:00 and closes for the night at 22:30. The beds have plastic sheets. You are given a cloth pillowcase for the night and can pay extra for disposable sheets. Our room was right next to the women's bathroom. The doors squeak and are easy to mistakenly slam so a bit noisy. There is a short gathering (20 min.?) in the adjoining chapel at 19:00 each night where pilgrims share each others' names, home countries, why they are doing the Camino, and what it is teaching them.

Nice bunks just 4 people per room. Kind helpful hospitalieros. Lovely garden, good kitchen and drying facilities. Just be good and donate appropriately so it can keep going and making pilgrims happy.

Stayed here last night. 4 beds per room, excleemt kitchen and laundry facilities. It's a donativa. Hot showers. Only 80 of 140 beds taken last night

Do yourself favor and eat a fantastic meal at the Alpinarium restaurant, a 10 minute walk from the Albergue. Had my best meal in month here. All fresh ingredients, and freshly cooked food. Cost was Eur 11 for 4 course meal. Absolutely the best. Nb it's open during the day, but the kitchen closes at 8pm
Wonderful English speaking cook from Austria, explains all his recipes

We had a wonderful stay , from being greeted by two beautiful kind Hospitaliers offering iced tea on arrival, to big spacious room to sleep with very comfortable beds . The kitchen is great , the outdoor garden is perfect. Would stay again in a heart beat . I recommend a five minute walk to King Kebab if hungry, best kebab ever .

Big, roomy, clean and wonderful hospitalieros!
Such a relaxing paradise in a larger place. Gorgeous church and other facilities on site. Landscaping is ideal for relaxing and socialising with other pilgrims. Great supermarket 7 minutes walk.
