Rooms with single beds instead of bunks! He leaves a kettle and tea in the room for morning tea. He cooks a really nice, yet simple dinner which we all very much enjoyed! His places has a lot of artistic touches which I liked. Yes, the host is very direct, but not rude in my opinion. We had a very nice conversation with him over dinner. I had an easier time understanding his Spanish because he is direct and to the point.

I’ve completed the Camino and must say this was the worse experience of the walk. The place was filthy and the food was disgusting I only ate it because I was hungry Do not stay here KEEP GOING

Camino de Sant… (not verified)

I called and made a reservation and kept the owner updated as to my progress and eta. When I arrived the Albergue was full. 3 others were also turned away - with reservations.
The owner was also yelling loudly at a dog.

When I arrived at 2 pm with a reservation, I was informed it was full and I would have to keep going (I had already walked 27 km). In the time I was there, he turned away 3 others with reservations. The owner was quite abrupt and unapologetic. I would not recommend this place.

We had called in the afternoon and when I rang to confirm before 4 pm he told me it was full. I had expressed that we were waking 9.5km with my 73 year old mother due to a problem in azufre. Not good business management. We were not the only ones left with no place to stay.

The proprietor was so nice. He has completed three caminos and gives back. I was surprised to get a single room. There were five pilgrims. Polite signs about “leave the room as you would like to have it”. Can’t believe he does everything himself. Even real sheets and napkins! The dinner and breakfast were very good. His “Camino” art adorns the walls. Overall an outstanding night. Before I left in the morning he gave me a Camino Blessing.

We had a really good experience in this cozy albergue. It felt like home. The host is friendly and kind once you get to know him a little bit. He has a passion for the camino and its peligrinos. He made us homemade soup with vegetables and it was delicious and healthy. Loved to stay there.

The lentil soup was great. Music by Leonard cohen during dinner and some great conversation with PedroMaria the host. He is quite the artist. Very quiet place. I enjoyed it.

Camino de Sant…

Room was decent (got a room with only 3 beds and a nice view), but the owner of the albergue was very rude. Called to reserve a space for 4 people and he turned away a member of our group after we confirmed the reservation. Also came into our room without knocking to tell us when to shower. Would not recommend staying in this town or albergue.

Camino de Sant…

Do not recommend. The albergue is not the best nor the worst. But I really didn't like the owner. And be careful because if you dont buy the dinner (9€) you can't sleep there. He refuses to let someone exhausted in because he had only enough money for the bed. I dont like the energy.
