These owners really care about the Pilgrims experience staying. Kind and friendly, big lounge with many sofas and beanbags , guitars , piano . Lovely outdoor area , dining area . The food is tasty and very plentiful for the Pilgrims menu .

My favorite meal of my Camino. Great spirit in the large thatch roof round dining hall.

Beautiful village, rooms and vibe! Favourite places we stayed on the Camino. Comfortable beds and proper duvets in the private rooms. Surrounded by farms, cows and rolling hills. Really lovely Albergue pilgrim meal in their special building and definitely try their local cheese with honey! Very friendly staff and atmosphere- they also have a trampoline and sunloungers

Amazing place. The hosts are so sweet. The facilities are in great shape. It was one of the best showers I have had on the Camino. €12 for a bed in a larger room - but well laid out!

Helpful hosts who speak English, great bar with local snacks, good price and clean dormitory with great showers. One of the better big albergues! Recommend!

Camino de Sant…

What an awesome surprise. We didn't expect much from a single albergue small village but here is why it's awesome: 1. The double room with bathroom was spacious, clean and had a great view and the dorm although big looked well spaced and clean. 2. Comments about shared area don't do it justice: besides amazing view, the place is super cozy with sofas and bean chairs, board games, foot massager and even a guitar. 3. Pilgrim meal was delicious - served in a great communal hall and with love. 4. Because this place is not the standard stop, we walked all day without having to fight crowds. Highly recommend!

Camino de Sant…

This is a GREAT albergue! Still super-clean and friendly; the hosts genuinely care about the peregrinos who arrive. Sounds like a few things have changed since previous comments: 1) Women’s bathroom: 3 separate showers and 2 separate toilets; 2) Good central heating [Snow outside, so cold]; 3) Smaller, cozy separate bar and dining areas; 4) All bunks square-metal-framed, sturdy & comfortable; 5) Bunk €9; Dinner €10; Breakfast €4. Things that haven’t changed: 1) Lounge area still amazing with fantastic view; 2) Dinner home-cooked and delicious [Vegetable & Bean Soup; Beef Casserole with mushrooms, vegetables & Rice; Santiago Tart or Yogurt]. So comfortable, decided to take a rest day here. :-)

Camino de Sant…

The dinner was amazing. Long tables in a Celtic hut building, and great fellowship with other pilgrims. A special experience for sure.
