I’m here today, the pool has water in but sadly has been neglected and is green.
Bar is friendly and has limited food and ice cold beer

Camino de Sant… (not verified)

This is such a lovely little town, & the route from here is easy to walk. The albergue is full of charm & the hosts friendly & helpful.
Only drawback were the rather saggy mattresses on the double beds. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay.

Camino de Sant… (not verified)

Paid 12 euro for a bed and 11 euro for a dinner (accept credit cards). No electric sockets near to beds (except few). WiFi doesn't work.

Clean and friendly off the beaten track so nice and quiet take snacks as there is no shop only a bar. Recommend this

You won't regret it if you take an alternative route and choose to spend the night here. The host is extremely friendly, I got a bed for 12 euros, the kitchen is included in the price (free use of the food available), and you also get breakfast. There were only a few pilgrims, only two of us slept in our room, which has eight beds. You definitely won't regret it if you decide to do some km from Estrella. Lovely place and next to is is public swimming pool for 6€.

Camino de Sant…

On a little traveled alternate route. I was the only pilgrim in the albergue. Great way to leave the Camino race and listen to the birds.

Camino de Sant…

Wonderful tiny town and clean albergue. Great breakfast for the price. The public pool is just up the road and is worth the 5 euro entrance fee.

Camino de Sant…

Best place we've been so far. Good energy, great beds, great breakfast, great terasse and there was food we could use freely to cook the dinner. Recommend.

Camino de Sant…

The owner is a well traveled man of the Camino, I believe his name is Bautiste.
When I arrived I had not enough cash and they did not have the ability to take a credit card. Short story, two of the people who work for him, Xavier and Maria went out of there way to get me a bunk. I later had a drink with Bautiste at the local Bar/pool and left him a Mobile made of Camino stone. I felt so welcome in this little town. I will always remember the interactions I had, despite my limited Spanish, with a warm and friendly town. I plan on visiting again. Maybe to stay a couple days.
