A wonderful hostel: sheets and towels provided. Great kitchen and quirky lounge to relax in. Friendly owner. Located in the centre - I wanted to keep the windows open in the room so slept with earplugs. Didn’t hear a thing!

Very central place, wonderful facilities in a beautiful, historical building. The owner Juan who is himself an experienced pilgrim has his guests’ interests at heart! Wonderful experience, I will highly recommend this place!

Camino de Sant…

Stayed here in September 2020 for €15 a night in a shared dorm. It was so fantastic I stayed an extra night. Comfortable beds (real bedding), great location, lovely kitchen and the best hospitalario ever. I will definitely be back

Camino de Sant…

Stayed on 2/07/21. Juan was the perfect host a veteran of the Camino. Big rooms with only 4 in them. I had a room to myself due to low numbers on the Camino due to pandemic.
Very clean and a quirky line in sporting antiques. First time I’ve stayed as it had not long opened on my last Camino in 2017
Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. As others have said, fantastic location, Juan a wondefull host in an amazing building. I whole heartedly recommend.

Lovely host, who has been there and ✔ that without boasting fully understands Pilgrims needs. A true home from home kitchen is well equipped and the whole place us spotless. The beds are the best I've slept on in three Caminos and being situated in the old town the views are lovely too.A truly beautiful converted building retaining all the charm and ambiance. This will be my Leon stop over from now on.

This place is truly great the location is absolutely perfect with a lot of bars and restaurants but the best part is Juan. I got here late because I had to take a train due to an injury Juan greeted me at the door took my backpack and it felt like coming home he gave me a quick tour showed me to my bed and he gave me a lower bunk bed because of my knee he gave me cream to put on my leg and was truly wonderful just like this was his home and he was the host
I would totally stay here again

Camino de Sant…

I hurt myself on the trail and needed an extended stay in Leon to recover. Juan welcomed me to his hostel and it was now the highlight of my trip. Juan is so caring and lovely, with the best advice. He took such good care of me and others who were sick/injured on the trail. This hostel is literally in the perfect location in Leon, and has bedside outlets and lights. Thank you big time to Juan for an excellent stay - I can’t recommend this hostel more highly!!
