Camino de Sant… (not verified)

This is a commercial resort for families with kids. It's a business with the Camino traffic on the side. Its not geared towards the needs of the peregrino. Overpriced, awful food. Stay in Sarria.

We felt like we were at a resort! The entire staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the bar was wonderful with many choices. Our private room for 2 had a great hot, clean shower and the bedroom/bed were very comfy. They have a beautiful swimming pool. There's ample laundry facilities. Early breakfast is available at 6 AM. We highly recommend staying here!

A very nice, well-run albergue. Everything is new and thoughtfully planned. They even made a map of the place which they give to you when you check in. The rooms have 8 beds each, a toilet and two showers - all in good condition. The garden is lovely. Dinner was good. I had the Galician soup and vegetarian lasagne for 14 euro in total. The bed costs 15 euro. Laundry service 7 euro.

Pension Casa Das Airas was one of the properties run by the Albergue. It was very nice. Probably won't matter to anyone who's not staying here during the summer, but they had a fan in the bedroom which was a welcome change since it's been so incredibly hot in Spain.

Camino de Sant…

We reserved a room for three of us so that we could get a good night sleep. It was beautiful. Sheets, blankets and comfy bed. Warm shower and clean towels!!! Highly recommended! Yummy meal

Camino de Sant…

One of the best albergues sofar! Pool is great, nice terrace for just sittning, meeting or eating - good food too during the whole afternoon/ evening.

Camino de Sant…

It's a very big albergue: it hosted a group of 70 young persons when we were there. Clean, nice room of 8 bunkbeds with wc and two showers. There is a swimming pool, young people did use it. Food and breakfast good.
It's the only bar at the village, so a little noisy in the evening, but the rooms are not right close to bar, so it did not bother much. The bunkbeds are ok, but a bit difficult to climb to top bed.

Camino de Sant…

Woken by our room door opening and a bright flashlight shining into the room around the beds at 11.30pm. Afterwards there was loud chatting and laughter right outside the door even after I waited 15 minutes for it to stop, tapped at the glass to get the girls’ attention and signalled for them to be quiet. Chatter and laughter continued unabated. It was after 1 a.m. when our door opened again and two girls with backpacks came in, turned on the shower (with loud extractor fans) which they then turned off but then went loudly to wash in the toilet before climbing into their bunks.
