Great albergue, such a lovely host and great food, in a beautiful building

Camino de Sant… (not verified)

This albergue gives a taste of what an original pilgrim stay might have felt like decades ago. An excellent stay overall! Don’t pass this up.

Do yourself a favor and stay here. The food is incredible, the hosts are friendly and want to have a real deal Camino meal with you, and there are no bunk beds! Just single beds all in the same room. This place is amazing - might be my favorite on the Camino so far, and I’ve been walking since st jean. Stay here!!

A warm welcome, fine wine and the most delicious food await you at Elly’s World Kitchen. Great ambiance with carefully chosen music, but wonderful fresh food. Do your tummy a favour and have lunch or dinner here.

If you’re spending the night here, we’d highly recommend dinner at Elly’s World Kitchen, which is attached to Pensión El Puente Peregrino. We are not vegetarians but the spinach lasagna and the bean burritos were the best meals we’ve had on the Camino. A fantastic place!

The best run healthiest eating Albergue run by a fantastic Aussie and her Spanish man Fermin.5 star stay

Casa Susi is an amazing Albergue in Trabadelo!
Run by an Australian named Susi and per partner who she met on the Camino!
Beautiful single beds, only 12 so nice and quiet, and a heater in the room for when it is cold, a gorgeous garden and terrace looking over the garden and river.
Susi grows all her own produce and each dinner uses fruits and veggies picked fresh every day! One of the best meals I’ve had on the Camino!
Very friendly environment, the communal dinner is so lovely. Susi also knows all the hot tips of places to eat and stay along the way and told me so much about the Camino and the regions which I never knew!
Highly recommend!!
