Went there today and the cafe was closed. If you walk a few more meters you'll find the Albergue a Lagoa where you can have lunch and stock up at their little grocery store. I didn't see any shops here. The only shop I saw was at the Albergue a Lagoa.

There is a guy / tradesman who does a wax seal stamp and has carved rocks available.
Worth the stop you will see his place before the bar.

It is a good idea to buy groceries here if you are headed for Miraz. There are no shops, and one bar in Miraz.

La Casa Azul is in Seixon (on the map, not the way marker here), don't listen to other comments. You can get a wax seal here from the artist, although it is closed at the moment. Too many commenters saying that the house is way further on.
