Such a beautiful Way through the magical forest . The Host is so kind and friendly, just the best of Albergues . Real sheets , buffet breakfast for only 4 € . There is a well stocked kitchen, great lounge and big outdoor area. Highly recommend this beautiful Albergue. The village is so clean and the Bar Restaurant does a Pilgrim meal .

Sad to find this because it was a key reason I’d come! Google said it was open but came to see no water in it. Otherwise this is a nice walk up through the forest

Lovely walk through the woods on the alternate route after the wine fountain at Irache with beautiful views across The Valley to Monjardin. There appears to be a bar/resto in Luquin near the municipal pool but it is closed in Tuesdays- perhaps other days? Bring snacks along

The absolute best little place to stay. The owner went shopping for us. He bought soup, eggs, bread, fruit and a lot more. We were only 4 people there that night. Two young boys in one room and we had the other. He didn’t want us to pay anything for it. He just said: This is your home ❤️

My mother and I were so happy that we decided to take the road less taken through Luquin. The train was lovely and we stayed in Casa Tiago, which was owned by friendly Santi. He fully stocked the kitchen and let us use his washing machine. Very charming and cozy!
