Dumbría, as small as it is, is the only town along the way to Muxía that has a shop to pick up the staples. There are a few restaurants in town as well.

The Road

The camino between Dumbría and Trasufe requires you to cross the busy AC-552 road, nothing too major be it is in a bend where drivers can easily overlook a crossing pilgrim.

Camino de Sant…

Just pass Dumbria, the route has changed. It goes off to the right on a natural path over a walking bridge underneath the highway and then brings you up to the road again. Please update to show that you don't have to walk over the road bridge or the narrow highway. The new path takes you down around and under.

Camino de Sant…

The ATM in Dumbria has been closed. The municipal alburgue post covid is 8€.

Camino de Sant…

It has fully equiped kitchen (except kettle). Heated floor in the last dorm :)
Supermarket is good too.

In Dumbría there is Pension Meson O Argentino with private rooms/bathrooms very reasonably priced. The owner is very nice & accommodating & cooks a great dinner. We didn’t find this listed anywhere but the hotel in Negreira recommended it & called & made the reservation for us.
