Warmly welcomed by Esther, who gave us a tiny private room off the main sleeping area for the same price. Bathrooms were cramped and we had to wait to use them, but not a problem. Sweet garden area. Lovely evening meal and shared experience.

Albergue de las sunrises is clean, simple, and very comfortable. We’re divided into several rooms so it even feels somewhat private when it’s not full.
David, the host, offered a simple breakfast with coffee and bread. He prepared a yummy, vegetarian dinner of nicely flavored lentils, pasta, a potato and cake concoction, a small salad, cookies from the bakery next door, and wonderful mint, lemon-flavored water. All the food is included in the cost.
It’s quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

We were welcomed very warmly by Laura. The home is very rustic and quaint. No bunk beds which was a definite plus. The garden was lovely on a sunny day. Washed clothes in the garden sink and hung everything on the provided racks and line. The dinner was nicely prepared and we all shared in the meal. Downside was no hot water in the shower, very little toilet paper and it ran out quickly. All the shops were closed or would have run out and purchased it myself. If you are not looking for high end accommodations and are alright with simple this place is fine for the night.

Arrived on a rainy and cold day, was closed as check in is 2pm . The host opened for me to keep my bag as I await check in and walk around the village .Had a nice room with beds not bunks, sheets and blankets .She made us a lovely community dinner, we sat around and talked and after had an optional meditation session around the fireplace .She laid out breakfast early so those leaving early had an option to have some .A very lovely and compassionate host , embodies the spirit of Camino and shares her experience.
House was clean , cosy, warm and food catered for the body and soul.Highly recommended, I would return to stay here .

Camino de Sant…

Cool space and good atmosphere, great dinner BUT just one toilet and shower (same room), not very clean, possibly bed bugs.

Camino de Sant…

No heat but kind owner. Dirty and disorganized. Lots of possibilities but many are not realized.

Camino de Sant…

Stay anywhere else but here. Owners are never here, no stamp, only 2 toilets and 2 showers, but worst of all no heat! WiFi signal is not strong either

Camino de Sant…

This is the most horrible place I have stayed so far! It’s literally falling apart. No hot water, barely light in the bathroom, uncomfortable beds, dirty….just not a nice place. Yes it is “donativo” meaning you can just donate something but still. Only nice thing was Alessandro that works here for a few months and cooked a jice dinner, was very helpful and just a nice person. By the way there is not even a SELLO for uour credential. Weird if you think this is a Pilgrim place!

Camino de Sant…

the other reviews are outdated. i stayed here in march 2022 and it is a good spot. pretty small and only 2 bathrooms but that can be managed because it does not sleep many. the beds are comfortable and the group dinner and breakfast were great and memorable. would recommend. there is no stamp for credentials though.

Camino de Sant…

This was a good place to stay, but some context is needed for the earlier comments. We were there in March. It is like staying at your Spanish grandmothers house. It was a little homey, it was not quite warm enough but fine, there were only two bathrooms but with 10 pilgrims it was not a problem. There was adequate hot water. The communal dinner was fantastic, the food was fine but getting to know the other pilgrims was a wonderful experience.
