This was the open albergue in town in January. There seem to be various different bits to the albergue which is based around a bar- we were in a room around the corner from bar. Four-bed dorm with ensuite bathroom. Very warm!! I didn't need my sleeping bag just liner, plus there were blankets. Didn't see laundry facilities. The pilgrim meal in bar- I had a fairly decent selection but one guy's main course wasn't great. Feels like a bar for locals with a few rooms for pilgrims, but treated well.

They have female only dorms which is lovely! The bottom bunk is a bit low and difficult to sit up in. The shower and bathroom are great, only problem was there isn’t an option to do laundry. I would definitely stay here again.

Bed bugs, charged €12 for washing and drying then gave me wet clothes and said to hang them up. Very poor experience.

New and clean Albergue! Great service and the foods was really. Manager and staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed in October 2022.

Lovely. Clean. Comfortable. Lots of space. I am in a room with 2 bunks and our own bathroom with shower. We each get a key for our room. Also, I messed up and sent my bag to the wrong albergue in a different town and the woman here was very helpful in helping me find a way to retrieve my bag. She doesn’t speak English but we communicated easily with google translate.

Everything new and in good order. Spotllessly clean. Rooms are set back from the bar and are quiet. Rooms have 2 bunks each, up and down, with each room having its own bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink, so a maximum of 4 persons sharing the facilities. Rooms are well lit, freshly painted, and spacious. Plenty of outlets for phone charging. Stay here, it’s really good.

Nice albergue, worth the money. Just over the bridge, a bit of a walk to the grocery store, so if you had a long day that might be rough, but its a nice town to stay in. Food is available there and other places nearby. Stayed Oct 2020.
