Camino de Sant… (not verified)

Just choose your bed. Lots of beds. No curtains or blinds on the windows so still light quite late at night. Almost no facilities other than toilets and showers. A Diaz within 100 metres provided food and drink. I felt obliged to clean the mould out of the refrigerator before I, and others, put our stuff in it. It was stuff left behind by pilgrims I suppose.

Camino de Sant…

Located in an old schoolhouse with lots of bed for 6€/person. When you arrive, select a bed, use the facilities and someone will come for you to pay around 4pm. The bathroom & showers are really clean and look fairly new. There is a Dia Supermarket really close by and the hotel restaurant at the end of the street has a Pilgrim’s menu for 10€/person.

Repeat of previous comments- 6€, find a bed and pay later at 4pm when the hospitalera (Natalia) arrives. The room with 22 beds is nice with lockers that correspond to your bed number (you get the key when you pay at 4pm). The showers and bathrooms are all new and modern and there is WiFi. After 4pm if the room with 22 beds is full, the hospitalera opens up an additional room with more beds (don’t know how many but perhaps equal in size to the 22 room) and another area with mattresses. One restaurant with a menu del dia, a bar with sandwiches and pinchos, and a small supermarket.

So. After nearly 3 days of seeing no one walking (mid March 2019) I have stopped here at Soto de Luina. It has washing machine €4 and dryer. It has new (mixed sex) bathroom and toilets. Hot water. Vending machines for coffee and vending machine for microwave food and snacks. It has a kettle, hot plate and two microwaves. Supermarket near and bank. Hotel across the road which I was very tempted to go for purely for a good nights sleep. The modern pilgrims are snowflakes and make too much noise at night then get the bus to the next location. I have to say I recommend the facilities. By the way. the key is now in the door and someone comes at 8pm to register the pilgrims.

Huge place with lots of beds. Nice picnic tables. Not the best but perfectly adequate for the price.

hi! i see other people wrote there is hot water. maybe it was an exception: none of us at the albergue had hot water. this was 2 days ago.

One of the best on this camino: very clean with washer and dryer available, lots of space.

Very nice albergue, you can pay donativo after breakfast.
Supermarket is only 1 km away.
