Originally, and still, a Hostal Rural. They have now added 30 beds to the first floor for pilgrims. To get there from the camino by foot, turn left when you reach the road (the church is to your left, walk past it). It is also attached to a bar and restaurant.

20 Feb 2025 - I didn’t call ahead because of the time of year. Went directly there upon arrival in Espinal;doors locked, no one around, and no one answering the phone. I called 4 or 5 more times over the next hour and got no answer. I recommend contacting them at least a day before your arrival to make sure you have a place to stay.

Camino de Sant… (not verified)

Clean and comfortable. The evening meal was good and filling. The showers were warm and clean. The staff were friendly but would sometimes disappear. We had bikes that they lock up, but in the morning the staff were no where to be seen until almost 8am. So we had to wait to leave for awhile. They did not offer breakfast before 8 at least that I could find. There is a nice place at 61 Carr. De Francia that had breakfast.

Very clean and up to date. Bathrooms amd showers we're sparkling clean. Nice common area with couches. Clothes washer and dryer.

Clean, but very warm in summer (the dormitory is in the attic space). The food was good, the host were not very welcoming but altogether an okay stay

First the good. The bed was clean and very comfy, the room was clean. The bad, the smell of sewage from the unflushed trap inthe shower and the lights in the room turn on and off whenever, dodgy electrics? And finally the ugly, the atmosphere, silance from the locals when we walked in the bar, the almost hostile attitude of the ignorant staff and final the price, food over priced and so was the room. Much nicer place behind this one, go there. Pkease.
