We had hoped that being a Roadside hostel, Hostal Asturias would be serving food all day. Sadly no. The kitchen is closed from 15.30 to 21.00. No good for a pilgrim! They do serve ham/cheese bocadillos all day.

Camino de Sant…

After a 40km day, pleasantly surprised to find I had booked an en suite single room for €19 (no dorms). Pretty much In the middle of nowhere so best option is to eat in hostal. They offer a free transfer from Cáparra (which I did not realise at the time of booking).
