Camino de Sant… (not verified)

Went passed today. It's not open.

Camino de Sant… (not verified)

Just as the title says. It is opened, has 16 beds and it is donativo now. It is quite small inside but it looks really nice.

Albergue is open & very nice.

Camino de Sant…

This Albergue had a sign in the door saying it is closed for the 2022 season. I stayed at pension Catamaran (it’s not a hostel). It was a good alternative to rest and let my blisters calm a bit. I stayed a few days.

Camino de Sant…

This is a nice albergue with a very friendly hospitalero!

Camino de Sant…

If you don’t get a bed or tent, it may be a bit uncomfortable because you’re basically homeless until about 9pm when they clear the dining area and put down a mattress for you. Tiny fridge and basic cooking facilities. There’s a small market down the street if walking back into town doesn’t appeal to you.

Camino de Sant…

Got here at 3:45 and already full! Never had a problem with a bed before this, especially not so early in the day. Got a tent, or an offer of a mattress on the dining room floor after dinner.

Camino de Sant…

Had phone and money stolen last night. Tracked phone to a local address—not taken be fellow pilgrims. But sorry to say taken by local people. Be very careful with belongings. But confused how local person could get into albergue in middle of night.

Camino de Sant…

This is the worst place on my 10 day Camino. Small, dirty, and smells very bad. 16 people in one room, too overcrowded. No laundry, limited shower room, bathroom basically in the hallway. Took all the effort to be there first as there only 16 beds, walked 27 km from Portugalete, arrived 5th and eventually gave up my place as I was leaving to the hotel in Islares because to live in this conditions is a disgrace. I really wanna see the person who wrote this was a nice place. I am sure there could be bed bags as the shits are not from usual rubber material. Stay away. Fox

Camino de Sant…

Feels more like a shelter for homeless people.
