Excellent! Stay here if you have the chance.

Charming place, very friendly hosts, ecellent room and facilities. One of the best Albergues on the Camino.Need to stay there and try the Queimada.

New place, friendly staff, very clean and spacey. Good choice but not yet equipped with beverages or basic snacks.

I must praise this place due to its owner who went above and beyond to help me. I had a reservation here, but due to a couple issues (primarily trouble finding allergy-safe food in the market) I had to move on. First, the host forgave my obligation to pay for the room I reserved. Second, on my behalf she told Jacotrans that I had moved ahead and asked them to bring my bag to Fonfría. Third , when Jacotrans insisted on leaving the bag with her in Liñares, she called the albergue in Fonfría so I would know what happened and then took a cab to Fonfría to deliver my bag personally!!!! What amazing generosity. She refused any payment from me, and was simply happy to help.

I highly recommend this Albergue, friendly, clean and well run. No food nearby but a well stocked tienda across the road or taxi back to O’C for dinner.

18/8/19 Really nice, new albergue! Plugs by each bed, comfy beds, nice bedding with a big wool blanket. There’s a small sitting area with a tv, and a kitchen with a stove, microwave, and fridge. Huge yard overlooking the valley. There’s a coffee machine and vending machine as well. The store across the street is small but has some good ingredients to make dinner. There’s nothing in the town really but I’m glad I stayed here and avoided the crowds in O Cebreiro.

Everything here that a, hostal should have. Great kitchen to cook as there is no food in town. Shop across road has good stock. Super clean and you get sheets pillow case blankets. really hot good showers
Nice views of the mountains. Loved it. .

really nice place. comfortable, warm, very quiet. recommend if you want a place to stay away from o cebrerio. the 3 km extra were worth it. there are no restaurants nearby but there is a supermarket across the street and a kitchen.

If you're just looking for a place to rest your head, this is ok. If you'd like something cozy, charming keep walking. I never met the host
