Camino de Sant… (not verified)

It is a beautiful building, lovingly restored by the owner José María into a charming and gracious Albergue. Jose welcomed us and showed us to our spacious comfortable rooms and even helped us work the washing machine then cooked us a delicious dinner. The landscape surrounding is magnificent , and a soaring wake of Egyptian Vultures spiraled above us on arrival. Truly a spectacular visit .

Camino de Sant…

We stayed in May 2022. This place is truly cool. José Maria did a ton work renovating this old palace into an amazing albergue. Our 10-person bunk room was spacious and beautiful. There are a few awesome hangout spots both indoor and outdoor. I highly recommend staying here in Sansol!

Camino de Sant…

It’s worth adjusting your Camino to spend a night here. José María, the owner, is a kindly man who has restored the building to palatial splendour. Everything is at the standard of a fine hotel, and you can even cook in a fully-equipped hotel kitchen. The larder is stocked with food you can use to cook with and reimburse him at the supermarket prices he paid. Or he will join you for a meal he makes.
You can sleep in a dormitory style in solid, silent bunks, or upstairs there are luxury apartments and all at reasonable Camino prices. Not to be missed!

Camino de Sant…

Great host, great place, rooms clean tidy, comfy bed, good atmosphere, dinner was good, with laughter at the table, the foot pool was heaven after a long day walking, Jose the owner and host, very friendly, hostel quiet too, fab building with stunning views, well worth a stay for the night.

Camino de Sant…

Beautiful converted palace with bunk beds and private rooms, terrace with wonderful view, delicious meal, and most gracious host. I stayed an extra day to rest my injured foot and host took me to Los Arcos as local pharmacy was closed on Sat. Best Albergue so far - highly recommend to visit.

Camino de Sant…

Great place to stay, Jose is quite the character ( may take him a while to check you in!!!), great out door area to kick back and relax
