Camino de Sant… (not verified)

I am fascinated that there are not even fan’s around. This place is clean an comfortable and completely away from the Camino experience. It is located in a business area on the outskirts of town. I would not recommend this venue for pilgrims at all.

Camino de Sant…

We made our reservation without seeing any reviews. This is a truck stop type of hotel on the main highway out of town. It is actually a couple of kilometers past the center of the city, so if you want to see the sights you have to go back. Bathroom is marginally clean. Fluorescent light in bedroom. For 5 more euros we could have stayed downtown in a much nicer hotel. I cannot recommend this place.

Adding to my previous comment, our experience at this hotel has been consistently horrible. The staff are surly and unhelpful at every chance. Avoid this place if there is any other option.

Camino de Sant…

Made a reservation for 2 rooms through Booking.com because there didn’t seem to be any other place available. Upon arrival I asked the proprietor if we could look at the rooms before checking in. She was unfriendly and replied that it wouldn’t matter whether we liked them or not because we had already paid for them through Booking. We went to inspect the rooms and found evidence of bedbugs, so returned to reception immediately. The proprietor refused to refund our money. I contacted Booking and sent them pictures of the beds with the evidence of infestation. Booking contacted the property but since they refuse to refund my money, Booking will not give me a refund.
