I found this to be a solid choice for a one bedroom with bathroom combo. I had no window, so I had no view and can’t comment on that. Everything was clean and tidy. There are plenty of places to eat around town, and the one downstairs was perfectly adequate and offered a 13€ menu.

We had a double bedroom booked, which said beautiful views but all we saw was a small tree into the courtyard.
The room was clean, felt a bit musty!
Food in the restaurant was not great!
No value for money - O'Cebreiro itself is very touristy.

Amazing sopa gallega
Upon awakening, the surrounding valleys and mountains were blanketed with clouds that looked like an unfurled roll of cotton.
Only disappointment- the bar was not open for breakfast

Had a booking done by Telephone, they Said i Had to confirm on the day , what i forgot - can Happen when you do 35 bookings to Santiago - but they Had already my Backpack sent by Taxi because i can t Walk proper , on the Backpack Name + Tel number. They could have easily called me , what other albergues did, but they have the room with 3 beds to other pilgrims - very disappointing after a 30 km Walk and in 3 degrees. O cebreiro of course fully booked - 50 € extra for Taxi.......Not to recommend

Stayed at Pension Casa Carolo on May 25, 2022. Lovely place. Had a comfortable private room with an amazing view! Very friendly staff and good restaurant. Great place to stay!

Our room was adequate- nothing special, though everything was clean. I would eat somewhere else- the food was not well cooked, even the wine was not good.
