Lovely kind host. Fantastic food. Comfortable beds. A haven for the weary walker. It is like visiting a generous friend. My sister and I shared a twin bedroom and a bathroom with one other room.

I stop by coincident and found the place perfect. The swiss gut running it is a real character. Recommend stopping there. PilgrimTom

A warm, kind, comfortable place to stay.

I used the WhatsApp link to book my stay and it was super easy.

I accidentally left my eyeglasses in the room and didn’t notice until I was too far away to go back—but then I received a message from the gite owner saying he found them and put them in the suitcase of another pilgrim going to the same town I was going to (the same hotel even). The suitcase was then shuttled by the currier service, and I got my glasses back that evening!
